Card and Account Activation
Alternatively, you can also activate your card by visiting www.americanexpress.com.sa/activate or calling Customer Services on 800 124 2229 (in the Kingdom) or +966 11 292 6666 (from overseas) 24/7.
To register for an Online Account, visit the Log In page at www.americanexpress.com.sa click “Register for a new Online Account” and follow the prompts on the screen.
If you’ve forgotten your User ID or password, you can retrieve or reset them online by following these simple steps.
➔ Go to the Log In page
➔ Click on Forgot User ID or Password
➔ Follow the prompts on the screen to retrieve your User ID or reset your password
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
If your Card has been lost, stolen, damaged or you need a replacement, you can quickly and easily apply for a Replacement Card through the Amex Mobile App.
➔ Log in to the Amex Mobile App
➔ Select ‘Service Requests’
➔ Select ‘Card Lost or Not Received’
➔ Select the Card that you want to replace, your preferred contact method, and a brief description of the reason why you need a replacement
➔ Review the replacement Card details and select ‘Submit’ to lodge the Card replacement request.

Note that the replacement card is sent to the address on file. No one-time address will be accepted. If you would like to have a replacement Card sent to an alternative address, please call the number on the back of your Card.
We aim to get your Replacement Card to you within 5 business days in the Kingdom and within 10 business days overseas after you submit your request.
Once the expiry date on your Card has passed, it will be declined if you try to use it. However, you’ll usually receive a new Card by post before your previous Card expires (unless your Card Account is not in good standing).
