Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card? We've Got You Covered
If your Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or not received, please call your Platinum Concierge from inside Saudi Arabia on 800 119 5555 and from outside Saudi Arabia on (+966) 11 407 19999 to order a replacement. Your Card will be canceled immediately, and a new one will be sent to you.
If your Card is damaged but still usable, you can continue using it until the replacement arrives.

Keep Your Card PIN Secure
Your PIN is personal—never share it with anyone.
Avoid using your PIN for online, mail order, or phone purchases.Instead, you may be asked to provide your four-digit Card Identification (CVV) number located on the front of your Card.

Forgot your PIN? No worries! You can easily remind yourself of the PIN you selected or view it by logging in to your Online Services Account. Simply click on ‘View PIN’ or use the Amex KSA App to access it anytime.

Card Identification Number

- Bank Payment: Pay at any local bank using cash or a Saudi Riyal cheque. Be sure to include your SADAD account number on the payment slip.
