American Express Corporate Online Services is a secure and convenient online account for Corporate cardmembers to manage their Corporate card account from virtually anywhere at any time.
How can I enroll for Corporate Online Services?
To enroll for Corporate Online Services all you have to do is enter your Card details followed by the activation code and captcha code. The activation code will be sent to your mobile number. If you have changed your mobile number, please enter your new mobile number and National ID / Iqama number to get a new activation code. Each time you log in you will be asked for your User ID and Password followed by the last five digits of your Corporate Card number.
Is there a fee to access Corporate Online Services?
No, there is no fee to use this service.
Which American Express account can I access through Corporate Online Services?
You can only access details of your Corporate Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia. If you hold any other cards issued by American Express Saudi Arabia you can access these through our personal cards web site: www.americanexpress.com.sa
What functions are available to me through Corporate Online Services?
You can check your account balance, view transactions, set and modify alerts and notifications, download statements, and submit your expenses claim.
I have lost this month’s statement, can I order another online?
You can access your statements for the past three months on the site and print them as required.
Will I be able to look at past statements through Corporate Online Services?
Your Corporate Online Services account will store up to three months’ transaction history for you to review at any time.
What is the Expense Claim function?
The Expense Claim function provides you with a more efficient way to manage expense claims and meet your reporting requirements.
I have forgotten my Password and or user ID, what can I do?
Please visit the Corporate Online Services log in page, click on Forgot User ID or Password and follow the prompts on screen to get your username or new password.

Can I view my company’s Management Information reports online?
If you are authorized to receive this information you will be able to access it through the site. All Management Information Reports can be downloaded into an excel format. You can also choose to receive the reports by email.
