  • (a) deposit their purchases at participating boutiques; or

  and collect their purchases from a central location at the end of their visit to the Participating European Location. Except for Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village, this service must be booked upon arrival at the Participating European Location.

   

  “Personal Shopper” means a service at a Participating European Location to help customers find the right outfit with expert advice and insider knowledge of the boutiques and Location; this service is subject to booking requirements.

  “VIP Card” means a reward card that entitles the holder to receive a ten per cent (10%) discount on products within participating boutiques at Participating European Locations subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the VIP Card (excluding “blackout” and “further reductions” periods).

  “VIP Lounge” means luxury lounges located at Participating Locations, where VIP shopper can refresh.
