- You can apply for Supplementary Cards, which are linked to your Account, so your family can share the benefits. Up to 2 Supplementary metal cards for 500 USD or up to 9 plastic cards for 250 USD each per year Subject to 15%VAT.
- The first 2 newly issued Supplementary plastic cards will be free for the first year only.
- Fill up the attached application form. Signature is required by the primary cardholder and the applicant.
- Attach a copy of the primary cardholder valid National ID
- Attach a copy of the applicant valid National ID and Passport.
- Attach a copy of a valid proof of relationship (Family ID, Marriage Certificate etc...)
- Copy of national address
